Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship the Artifacts

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
